- Avenue A | Razorfish, Project Manager - Delivered client projects including scope, requirements, planning, development, testing, and implementation using project management processes including budgeting, change control, risk management, and reporting. Project deliverables included project plans, budgets, issues logs, and change orders. Hired by the client (Dell).
- Pointserve, Sr Project Manager - PM for firm’s largest deployment of 10-12 client staff to deploy ESO solution at Terminix and re-engineered the routing and scheduling business process. Implemented standard PM processes and deliverables. Produced functional requirements, project plans, work plans, test plans, meeting agendas, and status reports. Turned around failing project and convinced the client to restart payments for services by building client trust.
- CyberTrader, Sr Project Manager - Owned active trading software system full project lifecycle including end-user clients through backend information and trading systems. Led extended teams of 30 to 40 that delivered two major CyberTrader and Schwab platform releases of 25+ client, server, and web-based products. Designed and implemented PM processes that increased product quality and reduced cycle time. Managed and improved the monthly cycle release.
